Terms of Service
Rules for using the AIClauds service.
1. Scope
AIClauds provides access to AI models through a single API, billed via token packages or pay-as-you-go usage.
2. Account and keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. A key's secret is shown once; if compromised, revoke it from your dashboard.
3. Tokens and payment
Tokens are credited after payment, do not expire for 12 months, and are debited as requests are made. Your balance can never go negative.
4. Acceptable use
Using the service for unlawful content or to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.
5. Refunds
Unused funds may be refunded within 14 days (see the public offer).
