Service agreement for access to the AIClauds API.
1. General Provisions
This offer is an official proposal by AIClauds LLC to enter into an agreement for providing access to AI models through an API.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Payment is processed via YooKassa. Tokens are credited after payment is confirmed.
3. Refunds
Unused funds may be refunded within 14 days of payment by emailing support@aiclauds.com.
4. Liability
The service is provided with a target SLA of 99.9% availability. Operator details are available on the Legal Details page.
