1. What data we collect

Email and password (hashed), API usage data (model, token volume, request time), and payment transactions. Model request content is not retained any longer than needed to fulfill the request.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, billing, analytics, security, and support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except our payment provider and where required by law.

3. Storage and protection

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, API keys as SHA-256 hashes. Access to data is restricted and logged.

4. Your rights

You may request an export or deletion of your data by emailing support@aiclauds.com.
